For those of you whom we collect acoustic data / carry out noise measurement surveys, noise measurement is captured with your express written instruction at a location (premises / property) which you are deemed to have full permission / management rights over. This data may be used for acoustic report writing under the terms of our expressly agreed contract details and such acoustic reports may become available in the public domain for record purposes.

We may also collect information about you from other people and other parties, for example, as part of a tender application.
